Cant Get Downloadable Products to Work

Hello,

 

I seem to be having ALOT of issues with the downloadable products.. And considering a majority of my future and current inventory is digital products this is a huge problem for me.

 

Previously I had an issue, which is still unresolved, where my download would freeze alittle over half way when I tested it. Coupled with that, I couldnt upload bigger files either, even after installing a modified php.ini file.

 

Now the issue is this: Earlier this morning I uploaded a small 3mb file. I logged into my dummy account and tested it and everything went surprisingly smooth. I downloaded it with no problem.. But now, I cant even click on the product in the "Order History" to download it again.. The download limit is set to 100 per customer and on the product page it says that the file is uploaded and labeled. What can be causing this? Also, I tried it on Internet Explorer just incase Firefox was causing the issue and found this: At the bottom of the browser when I run my mouse over the Order # it says "javascript:showOrder(1, 11)" but once I click on it I get this: "Error on page." and It wont even let me click though...
