optycal Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 We just finished setting up the shop and I ran some tests for both print and eBooks (we're a book publisher.) All of my orders worked fine, so I went live with the shop. Ever since, we've been getting error emails: A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2012-05-20T15:47:38Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error I've also received an email from a customer stating their Paypal payment went through but they never got the email with the download links AND the shop is still showing the items in their cart even though they've paid. I have the Paypal email stating they DID pay, and when I go to check the shop, it shows this person hasn't made any orders. HELP! I'm getting frustrated with this set up and I'm about to uninstal it.
