I think it means "Visitors who stopped during the registration process".But anyway you brought me to an interesting point. In my shop it is about 50% and vistors who placed an order after the registration is about 85%.Would be nice to compare with other shop owners if they have better rates or with people who have something like an one-page checkout if they have better conversions. misty Posted April 16, 2009 Share Posted April 16, 2009 Hi,6 is not the step number, but the number of visitors that put objets in their cart but they never registered, so their cart is lost I think.I have similar numbers for my shop, I found that alarming at start but now I think it's OK.
