Hi together,
can someone tell me what that means?

Visitors who have stopped at the registering step: 6 (66.67%)

I've found this point here -> Back Office -> Statistic -> Customer Acconts

Which step 6 ??

I think the english translation is misleading. I think it means "Visitors who stopped during the registration process".
But anyway you brought me to an interesting point.
In my shop it is about 50% and vistors who placed an order after the registration is about 85%.
Would be nice to compare with other shop owners if they have better rates or with people who have something like an one-page checkout if they have better conversions.

Hi,

6 is not the step number, but the number of visitors that put objets in their cart but they never registered, so their cart is lost I think.
I have similar numbers for my shop, I found that alarming at start but now I think it's OK.

Hi,

My BO report reads:

Visitors who have stopped at the registering step: 69 (68.32%)

Is there any problem I should suspect? If so, how do I identify and solve?
I have recently received complaints from customers that they can not log
back onto their account. I checked it myself and had the same problem.

Can someone please help me resolve this problem?
