projectcitywalk Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 (edited) Good Afternoon Support, I am in the process of configuring my shop at: Checkout.ivisume.com when I am having problems with my downloadable products not showing up as an option in my customers email after making a payment. We are an online Résumé service company, so when a purchase is made they should be able to receive a downloadable pdf file that we uploaded in the category section. Here are the steps that I took, In Categories I created a product which is Student Résumé for example. #2). I made sure that the "is this a downloadable product" is checked off #3). I uploaded my pdf file which said it successfully uploaded. #4). Number of downloads were set to 200, but note I tried all different numbers here and even changed it to blank. #5). I left the Expiration date section blank #6). and the number of days are set to 0 So when I customer orders the Student Résumé, they only get an email with the receipt and not the option to download the pdf file. I downloaded, extracted and enabled the modules as instructed, but after making a payment I was still unable to find where you could download my uploaded pdf file. I have created a short screen record demo so that you can see the exact steps that I took from enabling the module to quickly making the payment and its results thereafter. projectcitywalk Posted May 24, 2012 Author Share Posted May 24, 2012 Ok I must be missing something here so please forgive me: #1). I edit a category and changed the payment to 0 #2). I went to the main site and clicked on the "add to Cart" in which it did as $0 and clicked on checkout #3). I filled in the instant checkout information #4).clicked on continue at the bottom #5).Clicked on next for shipping page #6). it processed it and return the following To track your order, please enter the following information: Order ID: # For example: 010123 E-mail: click here to view my order #7). So when I click on that now it takes me to my order page and yes if I click on the name Student resume it will open up the pdf file. Is this what you see?
