problem: Group discount is cumulative with Product special price

we have problem that Prestashop applies client Group discount on products that are already on sale (have specific price).

 

This issue was already solved for Prestashop 1.3 here http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/58967-solved-how-to-change-discount-policies/

 

Solution (change of Product.php) works for 1.4 only partially, there is still problem with price in invoice and in admin. I dont know what to change exactly in PaymentModule.php because it is very different from 1.3 version.
