CSV Issues

Ok.. I hired a guy to setup the store and low and behold he screwed me over along with the deposit I put down... I have the store installed. However, I just need help downloading the CSV file properly. If anyone is interested in helping me out, please let me know. Let me know how much you will charge. For someone who knows the system, I doubt it will take you more than 30 minutes. I don't have much but I need help.

I have the files from my supplier including pictures. I need to upload them as a lot to my store and have them automatically catorgorize themselves. I just do not no much about this software.
