camel2
I have a problem in my prestashop 1.4.7. When I first go to checkout page, everything is ok. (as the 1st and 2nd screenshot). But when I update the quantity in cart by clicking the add button, the shipping methods option radio is disabled and also the value of shipping price change to tax included.(as the 3rd and 4th ). Does anyone have this problem ? Or Anyone can help me to solve this? Thank you very much.

Mike Kranzler
Hi camel2, I just tested this out for myself, and noticed that it does reactivate the radio buttons if you refresh the page. Can you please try temporarily switching back to the default PrestaShop theme and let me know if the issue persists? -Mike
camel2
Hi, Mike, Thank you for the test. Last time when I switched back from the default theme for test, the layout of page did not recover as before. I think this is because I modified the layout of current theme. So I can't switch to default theme until I find a way to restore exactly to current status . I am really beginner in this. Maybe you can tell me this issue possibly is caused by which file. I can try to study the codes to find some clue. Thank you again.

Hi camel, Since this is a custom theme, it would be difficult for me to identify the potential root cause of the issue without having you switch between the that one and the default theme. -Mike
camel2
Hi, Mike, I have made a backup of my site, I think I can restore to current status after switching the theme. Now it is in the default theme. Everything is OK. So it is the problem of custom theme. now I leave it as default theme. If you make a test and give some idea, that will be highly appreciated. Thanks.
Mike Kranzler
Hi camel2, You may want to compare your theme's order-opc.tpl with the default version to see if you can notice any discrepancies between the two. -Mike
camel2
Thank you, Mike, It has been solved by replacing these two files(order-opc.js and order-carrier.tpl) from the default theme. Thank you.
