Having a problem with one payment module

Hello,

 

My case is I installed prestashop in my subdomain. I have already finished my website and tested for the payment system. Paypal is working fine but the other module (local payment gateway) is having a problem. There should be a form in the left hand side but nothing show up (pls see in the photo).

 

 

 

I would like to ask if this problem is from an error in code or I have to contact payment module owner.

Which specific module are you using? And did you purchase it elsewhere?

Hello Mike,

 

This module is provided by the payment gateway provider.

I am just not sure if this problem is related to any errors in codes or it is related to the service provider's server. This page was redirected to their URL (as you can see in the photo).
