Error Installing 1.5.0.9 in 1and1 managed server

Hi.

 

I'm testing 1.5.0.9 version and in one shared hosting i have not problem.

 

But, in one of my managed server of 1and1, I have this error:

 

Database server was not found. Please verify the login, password and server fields.

 

I think that the problem is the dabase becouse is: localhost:/tmp/mysql5.sock

 

I have various Prestashop 1.4.7 running in this managed server without errors.

 

Anyone know the solution?

I think the database servers at 1&1 are not localhost but have their own address. so you would need to enter the 1&1 database server address during installation, something like db.123456.1and1.com not localhost ...

That is in the normal hosting but not in the managed servers.

 

In normal hosting I have ddbbs that you say but in managed servers, the database host is like: localhost:/tmp/mysql5.sock

 

And then, the database name is like other hosting that you say.

I have the same problem with 1und1 Managed Server. How can solved this problem? The new version cannot be installed. No Database Server found.......
