flwrgrl Posted April 14, 2009 Share Posted April 14, 2009 If a new customer visits my shop and adds items to the shopping cart then registers for a new account and then checks out, the site works just fine. However, if a customer signs into their account then starts adding items to their cart, when they click on the cart they are taken back to the first page and the cart disappears. At the bottom of the page, it says hack attempt no " default carrier" Or If they try to add something to their cart they can also get a HTTP 500 internal error. Can someone help me figure out what is going on? At present I only have one carrier and it is set to default. I installed the UPS module, but couldn't get it to work properly so I uninstalled it. The problem started occuring when the module was running, but now it isn't installed anymore and I can't get the shopping cart to keep working.
