fall3n
Hi all. I am very interested in PrestaShop as it looks like a great tool. I do, however, have some very unique needs and am hoping someone can help answer my questions...1) I would rather not use PrestaShop as a CMS for my whole website, but rather as a shopping cart system only. I only really need to sell a few products and I need to have full control over the pages that I develop for these products. With PrestaShop can I create my own pages without the CMS system but have a "Buy Now" button that would add my product to the shopping cart and direct the user to the checkout screen?Ultimately I would love to be able to build my site out as normal but include a few PHP include commands to add some e-commerce functionality.2) Our product(s) serve the international community. I like that PrestaShop is multi-lingual, however I would like to control the language of my website from my own language files. This is easy enough, however if a user goes to the checkout screen the language is then controlled by PrestaShop's files. How could I link the two together so that the user doesn't have to select their language again?Your fast response is much appreciated as I need to find a solution for my needs within the next few days.
