Diane721
Prestashop ver.1.4.7.3 , Authorize.net AIM (Advanced Integration Method) v1.3.1 by PrestaShop. This is a newly deployed site www.homegoodsoutlet.com It is on a dedicated server with SSL enabled on server and SSL enabled on prestashop preferences. In either 1page checkout or with 5page checkout when a customer hits "validate" order, nothing happens! This has occurred in more than 1 browser and cache is always cleared before attempting another order. Using Authorize.net as payment gateway. module is installed, configured with proper Login ID and Key. It is in production mode and my Authorize.net account is NOT set to test. I am using a purchased template but also tried completeing order with default template and the same...nothing happens when validate order is pressed. Im running out of things to try. Can someone please help! Im losing business daily! Thank you very much! Diane Edited May 12, 2012 by Diane721 (see edit history)
Dh42
Type your api key and has by hand. I know it is a pain, but it really does pick up extra information pasting it. Also you might try fixing your ssl errors with you menu, It is loading insecure content.

Diane721
I cleared the cache then tried manually adding the login ID and key. It did not help or make it work. I did notice some menus are not showing up https/ I spoke with my HOST company and they said everything in SSL is working fine, and that my cutomer info and ordering/checkout screen is showing https, and thats where it is needed. Any other suggestions? Anyone? Thank you!! Diane Edited May 12, 2012 by Diane721 (see edit history)
Dh42
It is because of the code on your site. The menu is not loading secure files, your host more than likely won't fix that. Also, try turning prestashop's plugin to test mode and shooting some visa test cards thru and see if they make it.
Diane721
i reset Authorize.net and got a new key, retried an oder, now got this message: Not Found The requested URL /opc.php was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache Server at www.homegoodsoutlet.com Port 443 What do you think? And yes you're right the Host says there's nothing they can do that some pages/menus are not SSL secured. They said only the "checkout" page needs to be secured. Ive been at my desk working on this issue for 10hours! What a way to spend a beautiful sunny Florida day Thanks for all your input! I greatly appreciate it!!! Diane721
Still no luck here. I understand what you're saying about SSL on menu pages but I don't see how Prestashop will allow ALL pages to be SSL secure, when the PRESTASHOP button itself says "IF YOUR HOSTING PROVIDER ALLOWS YOU CAN ACTIVATE SSL ENCRYPTION (HTTPS:// )FOR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT VERIFICATION AND ORDER PROCESSING. Prestashop doesn't say your menus will be SSL. Are yours? I have SSL for CUSTOMER ACCOUNT VERIFICATION AND ORDER PROCESSING just like Prestashop says. Im thinking it must be something else. I still hit validate order and nothing happens. Anyone else have any ideas?
