CrossY
Hi, I've just tried to copy my shop from one host to another. The hostingcompany is the same, so I figured most details would remain the same. Unfortunately i'm coming up with a white page when I try the new URL. I can enter the admin page no problem. I've followed steps from older topics, but I can't really figure out where i've gone wrong. I have: - Copied all files to new host - Changed config to the new DB user/pw - Copied database to new host At first it said "Cannot establish link to database" but that's fixed now, however its just a white page. In the admin it shows all database data (old orders etc.) so it seems to be connection properly. Anyone any suggestion as to how to fix this? Regards, Dave

CrossY
Yes. The only thing I didnt do was closing the shop when downloading it. Could this be the problem? Currently looks like this front end: http://www.kartalin.nl/order/ As you can see BO works fine: http://www.kartalin.nl/order/iadmin

Usually, this is something they can handle with an Apache update. -Mike
CrossY
I'm not quite sure anymore. I think my host fixed the chmod settings for all folders, that mightve done the trick.
benjamin utterback
Hello Stickees, Who is the hosting Providers that you are switching too and from. Yes, this is usually a permissions error so it would behoove you to check with your hosting Provider about the chmod permissions of you files.
