Rogier75
Hi, I am trying to install Prestashop (installed not in the root but in the /prestashop folder) but I can't get past the second step, System Compatibility. I have checked the permissions on the specified files and folders and tried both CHMOD 755, CHMOD 775 and even CHMOD 777 but the System Compatibility still states that my configuration is invalid ; Anyone else with the same problem ? Rogier.

Rogier75
Hi ! My host is Dreamhost. I did check to see if the permission changes had taken effect. Strange enough the permissions on the folders it considers configured correctly are set exactly the same as the one it says are not configured correctly. Carl Favre
Whatever the permissions used, you always have the same folders with the red cross?
Rogier75
Yes it is always the same folders. The folders it accepts are set to permission 755. I have tried the same permission on the folders it does not accept but without effect.
