Do you have a complete list of switches that can be used in email templates?

Ex: {firstname}; {lastname}; {order_name} etc.

Particulary, i need the switch for mobile phone number, but i think such a (complete) list would be nice to be available here on the forum.

How can I create a new switch? I am creating a new payment method called "Partial Deposit" and I need to provide a breakdown of the payments. I hope to include information about the ff. in the e-mail message:

#1. How much initial deposit the buyer must make (60%),
#2. The remaining balance after the initial deposit (40%),
#3. total_paid (100%)

Total Paid we already have a switch but what about the other two specified above?

I was able to provide all those info in the Payment Deposit module by providing a computation within the validation.php file and I hope I can provide the same in an e-mail message sent to buyer.
