Phone number not recognized in Registration Form

Whenever one tries to register for an account on my site (Prestashop 1.4.7.3) after you fill out the entire form this error message appears:

 

The form is not complete and has not been submitted yet. There are 1 problems with your submission.

 

 

I've been able to find out that the phone number seems to be the problem, yet there is no way to eliminate the phone number fields or disable the field as being required.

Click on download album, and then register.The next screen with the form is the one giving the probelm.
