david_king
I am trying to upload photographs for customers to download. But Presta Shop will not upload files. I have even tried with 50k files and no joy. On the back office there is just an error message that "This products is missing....[with the download address]" Is this a known issue? Just to make things clearer...I am a photographer the photographs are products. Other product photographs upload fine. I would be gratefull for any help. david_king
It is a shame that I will have to use another ecommerce solution as Presta shop will not upload "downloadable" products. Seems strange as I would imagine there are many who wouldwant to use this feature.
tomerg3
Prestashop has no problems with downloadable products, at least not something that is a part of Prestashop, but rather a server issue on your end. What happens after you select a file to upload? Did you make sure the /uploads /downloads folder have proper writing permissions? You can also try to check out the main error log in your server, and see if there are any errors (best if you check that after trying to upload).
