Proofing and a form in the checkout process

Hi guys,

 

I'm creating a store selling customized goods and everything is complete and in place. The only thing lacking is creating a form in the check out process for the customer to customize his product as well as a proof approval in the checkout before he pays. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? I've been searching for some upgrades on prestashop but couldn't find any. :/

There is already a way to customize each product, tough not in checkout process but on the product page. Back Office > Catalog > [Product] > Customization tab (only appears after saving the product). Select a text field and make it mandatory.

 

As for proof approval, you should be able to find various tutorials/modules around these forums on adding to/modifying checkout process.. Alternatively, change the translation of terms and conditions checkbox at checkout to incloude proof confirmation and make it required (Back Office > Preferences > Terms of service = Yes)

HI, I am wondering about a similar issue. After the customer is done choosing products and before (or during) the payment process, I´d like them to choose from a drop-down list of 3 choices of magazines to try out for free. I don´t want to add a customization to each product. This is separate from the products the customer bought.

 

Is there a way to do this?

Does anybody knows how to add a price for customizable product? When the product is been customized and saved and added to a cart, at checkout there is no charge for that customization option. How to edit set up a price???
