Japanese Translations

I am doing the translation work, and work ends almost.
However, there is a big problem, and it embarrasses it.

In it, the Japanese translation sentence input from form is a thing not correctly output.

I input the translation from Back Office.
However, the translated text was not correctly displayed excluding some parts.
When the file of export Language pack and "/prestashop/translations/ip/" was opened, it appeared garbled characters.

I made the part of the language packing garbled characters upload to following URL as an example.
