tobes
Hi, For the second time my customer has had a garbled order come through. Both the order in the backoffice and the emailed confirmation there are no details for the customer (no name, address or email address). There also appears to be a switch of carts - in this case, the customer wanted (and paid for with Worldpay) one item at a total of about £25, while the confirmation was for a cart from several months ago containing three items at a total of over £300. Has anyone seen anything like this? I'm running v1.4.6.2 on their site with the 0.6 version of the free worldpay module. Any pointers would be much appreciated, as you can probably imagine my customer is not too happy at being asked to send out £300 worth of stock, having taken only £25. Thanks in advance. --Toby W. Mike Kranzler
Hi Toby, Where exactly did you get this Worldpay module? -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Here: http://www.prestasho...-alpha-version/ Thanks! Since this is a user-submitted module that has not gone through PrestaShop's validation process, you will need to try to contact him directly to get assistance on this issue. -Mike
tobes
Can you explain how a payment module is able to take a successful order for one cart, charge the correct amount for that cart, and then cause the order to be placed against a completely different cart, deleting all user details in the process? I cannot, but I can tell you that the PrestaShop team developed this module for ourselves as well, and payment gateways are not easy to create. A single payment gateway can take 5-7 full days of development before it is even ready for the first round of testing. My guess is this free module, which was posted when PrestaShop v1.1 was the latest version, likely did not go through the same stringent testing we go through internally, and may not even be compatible with your client's version, considering that there were more than 50 releases of PrestaShop between the two. -Mike
