I use filters to move emails into subfolders of my inbox, e.g. all emails to [email protected] to a paypal subfolder, all emails to [email protected] to a different subfolder. prestashop seems to only pick up mails from the root folder, as soon as i moved a mail to the root folder of my inbox, it synced successfully. I don't want to disable my filters because it keeps my inbox tidy, I whish there was a feature to select the folder to sync with, i.e. 'support' or is this possible already?
