I NEED SOME HELP !! I TRIED TO UPGRADE MY PRESTASHOP VERSION BUT SOMETHING BUT AT THE END I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING AN ERROR OCCURED NEXT THNG I KNOW WHEN I TRIED TO LOG BAACK IN MY SISTEM I GOT THIS MESSAGE AND THE LINK GIVEN DOESNT WORK WHAT CAN I DO ?????

This is most probably a server side setting issue for the SSL. You should contact the server administrator.

 

Possible causes can be:

- port 443 is closed and / or disabled

- you have more SSL certificates sharing the same IP. SSL must have a dedicated IP.
