iAdvize not showing up in left column

Hey guys,

 

I want to use live chat on my site, but problem is that my theme has somehow disabled the right column.. I was annoyed by this at first, but now I edited the rest of the site, so it is fine.

However, when installing the iAdvize module, it places it auto under the right column section, thus not showing up.. I moved it to the left column but it is not showing up there either!!!

Is there a limit on how long your left column can go down or something? Had this problem a couple of time already, it feels like some modules are right column only??

normally the left column's height should not be fixed.

 

Please send the URL of your site, as this could be a Javascript error also.

Hi, please does anyone have an idea how i can configure iadvize to start functioning on my website? Already downloaded the module but can't use it still. Thanks in advance for your helpful contribution.
