Archangel
Prestashop has been useless so far in its main function: adding products to my store!! I've tried countless times checking different boxes in the upload/import windows and I always get errors. The first one: if I upload with ";" checked, it gives me this error: Column Name * must be set If I change ";" to "," it itemizes the columns in the import window. When I try to import CSV data, it just takes forever and gives me a timeout/SERVER error. Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Apache Server at greenbodiesxxxxx Port 80 The file has 500 products (I broke it down to help Prestashop digest it) and still it doesn't work. I need to add 10,000 items. Any ideas? I tried Store Manager 14 day trial, also useless. I've attached a test file with 10 products for anyone to check my settings. Thank you for your help! tomerg3
Does it work with 10 products? Error 500 after the script is runnign for a while will almost always mean 1 of 2 things: 1) Timeout - Increase the timeout settings to resolve the issue. 2) Out of memory - Increase the Ram to resolve the issue. Most likely it's a timeout issue.
