This is all to do with me getting paypal working. Before i was using that blue theme on the PrestaShop™ 1.4.7.3. Now ive downloaded a fresh PrestaShop™ 1.4.7.3 from the website my theme no longer works... Ohh, i cant remember where i downloaded it from. I got it about a year back..
