Simple credit card payment system

I already have a static HTML website.

 

I need to add a simple logon for hotels that allows the hotel to charge customers for our services:

 

- Add customer details (name address e.t.c.)

- Add number of days our service is required

- Add customer credit card details

- Charged 10 dollars a day for service plus 100 dollar refundable deposit (refunded at check out)

 

Would anyone mind outlining the easiest way to do this?
