Running PS 1.4.7.3, Windows Server 2003, IIS6 with FastCGI, PHP 5.3.10, mySQL 5.5.22

Front office appears to be working correctly. Back office pages load fine initially, however whenever a change is made on a back office page and I click the Save button, it goes and goes and goes until it finally times out with a CGI error. Upon reloading the page, the change has been accepted. Log entry typically looks like this:

2012-04-30 18:47:21 W3SVC1 10.1.1.72 POST /shop/manage/index.php tab=AdminPreferences&conf=6&token=d642ddb84458adf7436fe8fb7c6c38c7 80 - 10.1.1.106 Mozilla/5.0+(Windows+NT+6.1;+rv:11.0)+Gecko/20100101+Firefox/11.0 502 2 1001

First all my hair turned gray and now it has all fallen out trying to solve this. I have spent days reading all of the postings I could find on this forum and on the net regarding CGI errors and still don't have a solution. The back office Dashboard shows no config errors.

Can anyone help? Please don't tell me to run PS on Linux with Apache as that is not an option for us. It must be made to work on our existing Windows 2003 / IIS6 server.

Thanks,

Jeff
