Problem in Opening Base64 Encoded Pdf from Prestashop

I am not sure that is this right area, but maybe this post can be transferred.

 

I am programming a module for Prestashop which uses xml API, and have been stuck in opening base64 encoded pdf. The file comes from the response and is printed and used with logistics.

 

I am wondering is it some kind of blocking for opening such a file to browser, because it opens well from a file separated from Prestashop's module structure (different PHP-file). Mozilla Firefox says that the file is not starting with %PDF-, but I can still save the file to disk and it opens well from there by clicking it via mouse.
