Google Checkout Compliance

Hello - New to Prestashop - I was a long time Oscommerce User. I setup the default Google Checkout Module that comes with Prestashop. I am wondering if its setup right as I think it doesnt satisfy Google Complaince or somethings wrong on my end.

 

For me the button only shows up after entering all your information in the checkout page. I am not sure if this is the default beahvoir or if I am missing something. I tested everything and it works, but the checkout button doesnt show up in the shopping cart or on login pages.

 

The Google Checkout button policy says something along the lines that it needs to show up before login pages.

Am I missing a feature here ? Anyone else running Google Checkout and do you have the checkout button available in your shopping cart or on the login pages?

 

Any help would be appreicated, I am new to PrestaShop and sorry if this has been asked. I searched about an hour on here and cant find any simialir posts.
