Werkshai Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 v1.4.6.2 The one page checkout causes a problem when a customer goes to checkout before logging in to his account. After login a blank page appears with "bookmark" in the top left corner and nothing happens. Using page back on the browser gets things back on track, but this is a fairly major glitch. Werkshai Posted April 28, 2012 Author Share Posted April 28, 2012 Thanks for the reply Mike: Basically if I add something to the cart then click checkout as soon as I've signed in using an existing account I end up at a blank page with boomark in the top left corner. Werkshai Posted May 10, 2012 Author Share Posted May 10, 2012 Solved. There was indeed a problem with the theme, but to my surprise Templatemela fixed it within a day . I was expecting to have to hire somebody, but they sorted it out very quickly so I suspect it was something fairly obvious.
