Anyone ever got Paysafecard to work on their website?

Recommended Posts

I have taken a look at that thread before but I am not sure whether it works for 1.4.7.3 as that is what I am using. I keep getting "

Transaction could not be initiated due to connection problems. If the problem persists, please contact support."

Hi Mike and thanks for your help.

I have replaced it with the given version but it still shows the same message as above. I am willing to pay someone to help me with this. Been tinkering with it for over 2 weeks.

Thaks Mike and already contact them. I did post on "Paid Modules" forum but the person has problems with fixing it as well :)

Hi Troy,

What exactly is the issue you're having with this module? Beyond the error I mentioned above, I haven't encountered any issues with Paysafecard, so I would need to do some research into it for you.

Hi Mike,

I have done all the necessary configurations to the paysafecard module in BO and it don't seemed to work at all. I have done many test runs (buy, checkout and all) and always get the same results as shown in attached 2.

Below are the attachments.

Have you restircted the IP that can access your site or are you hosting on localhost?

That would explain why the Paysafecard Server can not connect.

Maybe you should try the test enviroment, if it works there it should work on normal too.

I got a reply and they say that I might have some connection problems but they did not elaborate.

I was wondering whether anyone have any idea to throw at me because Im already at my wits end. Thanks :)

I contacted Paysafecard and everything is normal on their side. They asked me to check my configuration again. They did a test run but can't connect at all.

Below are all the files sent by Paysafecard. My question is :-

1. Do I upload the Personal Information (They are Crpyto Shell Extensions) to the root directory?

2. Do I have to change the permission of the PEM files from 644 to 755?

Thanks.

You should ask that Paysafecard tech team. Or check Paysafecard module folder maybe there is a manual

I already asked them and they insisted that it is my configuration and will not help further. They will not even tell me where to put the "Personal Information Certs" LoL.

I looked through all the files, folders given to me. Nothing on troubleshooting at all. I'll figure it out some day lol.

Thanks :)
