[Solved] Managing product returns for guest purcahses?

Hi,

 

I'm having a hard time figuring out how you manage product returns for guest purchases... When a guest navigates to the "guest-tracking" page i see no possibility for them to return a product.

 

How are you supposed to manage this, so that the customer gets a credit slip PDF available on the guest tracking page?

After a bit of further testing I'm beginning to suspect that this functionality doesn't really work unless you as a guest customer creates an account..!?

 

Can someone verify this?

 

- The shop I'm working on only allows guest purchases and i need for the shop owner to be able to send customers the credit slip if they return a product.
