customising the header

How can i move the contat us, bookmark, and sitemap from the top of my template so i can make my logo bigger, or how do i cutomise or be able to move all the liks in the header total newbie pleae help

Transplant the module to the place where you need it, then remove it from the 'Header of pages'

Could you describe how to do this please as i am a novice much appreciate.

The easiest way to remove those links is by disabling or uninstalling the respective modules. The module that displays the contact, sitemap and bookmark links is called Permanent links block. The one for the currency links is Currency block, and the one for the language flags is called Language block. You can find the modules in the Front Office Features section of your backend's Modules tab.

To transplant the module to a different place, go to Back Office > Modules > Transplant module

Select module and place to move the module to.
