Is there anyway invoices/receipts for payment can be sent out to customers. I see PDFs in the back office, does it contain invoices / receipts for them to be turned on and sent out. I have made a purchase, but got just an email from the merchant account - it is not very impressive and 'personal'. Can I adapt and put on a PDF Invoice/receipt? It is strange as I have had people purchase items via eWAY and having received payments, there are no details in the client's cart and that 'there are no orders yet (for this customer).
