[Module] Stub payment module -> testing and devel only

Hi everyone,

 

recently I needed to test some after payment hooks. In order to do so is really helpful to have a way to simulate correct or wrong payments, and this is what this module does.

 

It adds a new stub payment module that has 2 buttons, one to simulate a correct payment and another one to simulate an error during payment.

 

If someone finds it useful, feel free to use and modify.

 

Tested on Prestashop 1.4.5.1.
