miskey
My company already have a old prestashop version 0.9.7.2. Now we want to upgrage the store so that we can use new features and better management tools. Since I need to minimize the close time, I start to built the new store at local computer and then replace the old one with the new one at the host. The old store is hosted at bluehost.com My question is can I built it local and replace the old store? If so, would it be very smooth? Thanks a lot. Carl Favre
Hi miskey, Of course you can develop your shop on your local computer and then upload it on your host once you are done. Do not forget to edit settings.inc.php in config\ and to use the good settings for dbase and other options.
