Payment Module List Order

I am working with a client who has two forms of payment available to their customers. Google checkout and Authorize.net

 

When a customer checksout they are given these two options on the checkout screen but Google Checkout is listed first and Authorize.net is second. Is there a way to switch the order that the payment modules appear on the checkout page?

Uninstall and reinstall GC. it is FIFO
