"There are no carriers available" for international shipping

Anyone willing to help me, I have a major issue with international shipping.

I set up 2 shipping carriers:

1. USPS Domestic - zone is North America only

2. USPS International - zones are all except North America

 

I have price ranges set up for USPS Domestic and weight ranges set up for USPS International.

 

The US shipping works fine based on price range, however, when I try the shipping to a foreign country I get the message "There are no carriers available that deliver to this address."

 

I also have to mention that Billing option for USPS International carrier is set to "According to total weight" and for USPS Domestic is set to "According to total price".

 

Any ideas?

OKAY, I finally figured it out.

When configuring the USPS International carrier, the stupid checkbox for Default Group was not checked...
