hurray Posted April 18, 2012 Share Posted April 18, 2012 Hi, I recently bought a template from a company called prestashopic. They sell prestashop templates. They installed the template for me. This is the link to the template http://www.prestasho...um-themes.html. It says it is compatible with both internet explorer and firefox. However, the template gets broken in Internet Explorer. In firefox it works fine. Please check the screenshots. I have contatced them several times but now they are not responding. In the future, however, I would strongly urge you to only make module and theme purchases through our Addons store, because we can hold developers accountable for their work much more stringently when their products are purchased through us. It was a mistake. I just hope these guys will get back to me with a solution or at least an answer. Otherwise I will contact PayPal to block the payment. We always respond to all emails in 24 hours or quickly. Moreover after your email we tried to login your ftp but could not. I was just worried as I got no reply from you and the phone number displayed on your site did not work when I tried calling you. Your answers were very quick when I was making the purchase of the template. But when I need support, I didn't hear anything from you. So you can understand my worries.
