Quantity percentage discounts on combinations

I have some products in one of my customer's stores that have both combinations and percentage based price discounts. So, for example, they have a product that is $26 for 250 count, $36 for 500 count, and $68 for 1000 count. But they also want percentage discounts of 3.33% for 2-4 quantity, 11.67% for 5-9 quantity, and 16.67% for 10+ quantity. This will allow people to get discounts for quantities of 2000, 5000, and 10000 which is industry standard.

 

I've had them enter the combination pricing for each and also the quantity discounts, but it appears as though Prestashop doesn't apply quantity discounts to combinations. I know the obvious approach is to put everything in combinations, but for a handful of complicated reasons that won't work for this customer.

 

So, is Prestashop supposed to handle quantity pricing for discounts or is it something that I'll have to try adding myself? If I have to add it, can someone point me in the right direction? I know the discount would have to appear in the cart, invoice, etc but I'm not sure if there's a function I can work in that will do it globally.

Thanks. It appears as though I was actually mistaken in my initial post. The customer had their spreadsheet wrong and I failed to verify it. Sorry.
