Can't log in BackOffice

Hello,

I have a little problem with my PrestaShop installation. It worked well, but I moved whole application from one server to another (from one hosting to another) and now I can't log in my BackOffice (shop works well). There's no problem with MySQL connection, because if I put in wrong login data it replies with error, but if I pass correct data, it won't do anything, just reload the login page. Where could be a problem please?

I have the same problem. It always reload the login page, with the correct or wrong loing.

 

I put a print_r($_POST); at the begining of login.php and the postvar was empty, but the recovery passw works well

also, I can not create a new user account, on submit the email always loads the authentication page without any errors

Hi Tomas,

When you moved your site, did you follow all of the steps posted here? If you didn't, you may have some issues after the move.

thanks for your replies, but I figured out that it was .htaccess problem on server. I edited some lines and now it's working fine.

hello, my site is new.

I try to reinstall prestashop, delete the domain account and create it again and reinstall and nothing works for me.
