[Job] Need help with Paysafecard (Already live on my website)

Hello all. I have installed Paysafecard v1.1 on my website and the Tech people have given me the necessary files to have paysafecard activated on my website. I am using v1.3.5. Paysafecard is "Live" on my website now.

 

When the tech guy did a test on it (Meaning he has gone through the checkout and all and during the last part whereby he clicks on Paysafecard payment), he received the following message:-

 

"Transaction could not be initiated due to connection problems. If the problem persists, please contact our support".

 

I need someone to help me out with this. I need someone who has paysafecard experience.

I have upgraded by website to 1.4.7.3 and problem is still persisting. Looking for someone who can make this work. Thanks.

Troy, I already explained to you that the problem is with the certificate files that they provided to you. they are unable to be opened using the key that they provided to you. it has nothing to do with prestashop.

 

Have they provided you with the correct key, or new cert files? If not, then you will not get this to work
