Special deal page after clicking on add to cart - Help

Hi i m newbie here ,

 

I have installed Prestashop 1.4.7.0 after that i have modified template as per mine. But need to add few option or modules.

 

1) I have added Newsletter module but if i want to send bulk email to newsletter subscriber then what should i do.. its only allowing me to export list.

 

2) There is some issue with stock, by chance if we forget to enter the stock initially, i can't really amend it later. how can i solve it?

 

3) While adding product initially when i open i can only modify description and not summary text Area it can't even clickable . But when i click on another tabs on product and then comeback then description text area is locked or vise-versa.

 

Apart from above problem i also need to add modules like if someone click add to cart of any product then it should also show him extra deals or offer for particularly that product that he added in his account. Can it be possible if yes how can i synchronous it with present system.
