Shipping Rate By Weight (could not find answer)

Hi guys, I work with prestashop and opencart.

 

I have many prestashop for clients but some clients require shipping by weight to different parts of the world.

 

This customer I am

 

I have created carriers for individual parts of the world.

 

UK

EU

USA & Worldwide

 

Now I made the UK default, This one shows on the shipping page, but I want to show EU and USA on the shipping page with their price depending on Weight.

 

All prices have been added depending on the weight on shipping page in the shipping tab.

 

As per image I want the EU and US to show with their price too.
