Changing url of hardcoded links (that points outside of shop) depending on language of shop selected

Hi,

 

i need to hardcode three links (in footer) which are pointing outside of shop. The problem is that if a customer is on the english version of shop, the link has to go to one url. And if the user is in other language the link has to point to another url.

 

I guess it will be some simple smarty condition, but i cant figure it out. If someone would be able to help me please.
