Ridgh
Hello, To see if customers can order on my website I put myself in the shoes of a customer by creating a bogus account. My order is going really well until paiment. When I choose paypal as payment, after the step is a short summary of my order so I click on "I confirm my order". Here is what I get: Authorisation to PayPal failed Please refer to logs: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2012-04-13T22:12:06Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10002 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Security error L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> Security header is not valid L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error PayPal returned error I assume that this bug is mine, not PayPal's. I have an accout for 7 years... Please, I need help! Thanx in advance!
tomerg3
What version of PS do you use, and what version of the paypal module?
Ridgh
Hello, Thank you for replying, I am using PrestaShop™ 1.4.7.3 The module is integrated, I am not sure if the PayPal module belongs to Prestashop, it's Ver. 2.4.6 What I see is: Solution Choose a solution: Payments by credit cards: CB , Visa, Mastercard and PayPal account Payments by cards + seller protection* (PayPal Integral Evolution, monthly subscription) Payments by PayPal account (PayPal Option+) * Activation subject to conditions, click here to subscribe Option: PayPal Express : payment in 2 clicks with PayPal account directly from cart page Debug only: Activate long log message In any case, when I clicked, I've been redirected to a French page, and from the translation I understand it's not free... It belongs to "Solutions". Maybe I am wrong, however I cannot use it. I've tried with and without the API, got the same problem: Activation of API calls API Username: API Password: Leave blank if the password has not changed API Signature:
