aliaspt Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 I noticed today that after I click on "track the shipment" in the BO, it opens just a general USPS tracking link and I have to enter tracking no. manually.Has anything changed? Before, I could track any shipment without entering numbers. I know that USPS changed the design but have they changed their tracking link as well? Hello, I don't know if you solved your problem already but in case you did not, I found a website that gives many Tracking URL's for different Carriers. Here's the link: http://eshipguy.com/tracking That's how I found out that USPS changed their tracking URL Their NEW URL is: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=[insert Tracking No. Here] So for your Prestashop setting it would be: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=@ Hope this helps. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When I go to the tracking number in our customer orders, it just shows the USPS link without our tracking number. By the way, I see you have a module for Virtual Merchant. Perhaps the change will not effect existing orders? I just added the extra "@" on the end to the URL within the shipping preferences and it didnt help. flyclothing Posted December 4, 2014 Share Posted December 4, 2014 I ended up getting it fixed but had to go into the database and modify the URL directly. It seems the module wasnt updating the URLs. I also see lots of duplication in the database. Do you have any modules you would suggest for modifying shipping methods in orders?
