It keeps on using the same shiping number/Track And trace number

Hello.

I'm not sure what it's called in English. But It's called Track & Trace number in Denmark.

It's the number that the packet get when you ship it. The number is used to track the packet while under the way from me to the customers.

The problem is that no matter what i do i just uses the same T&T;number. And the number it uses looks like some kind of test or preset number?.. Any idea what i can do to fix this?
