HI,

I have a products Posters that are prices per unit.

I have an Attibute "Artwork Required" which is a one time charge i.e whether the user orders 1 or 500 and selects Artwork I only want them to be charged once.

 

How can this be setup?

First of all, I liked the way your website looks.

 

The best way to add one time fee without a need for a module is to create an accessory product, namely "Artwork Required" and allow the customer add it to the cart if they want.
