Solved xml sitemap

Hello everyone,

 

Can anyone tell me how to create a xml sitemap in - for Prestashop?

 

Normally I use G-site crawler, upload with ftp and then submit to google. Following that routine, for Prestashop, you can see it saved as sitemap.xml but it will not open in a browser and will not submit to google. When you try to open it (in prestashop) says can not read sml (or something similar) file. I can not see how to produce and xml file in Prestashop but being Friday afternoon I could have missed it.

Hello,

 

Stupid me, not solved at all, nothing is that simple with Prestashop!

 

Found the sitemap module and tried to generate a sitemap to be told it could not generate a site map. See screen shot attachment.

 

So found the presto changeo free site map module and uploaded that into modules which it said I had done, to save my life I can not find it.

 

Any ideas. Any at all.

P.S. Have found the presto thingy. What I thought was a sep module was a fix for the prestashop module. Anyway the..........stil will not create a site map.
